Rotary Membership Month
August 13 - Alamo resident, Vicki Koc: The Incorporation Process: What It Means to Alamo. Kathy Chiverton hosting. Rob Cuenin is the greeter.
Last week August 6 - Hendrik De Boer, director of World Impact in West Oakland. Hendrik talked about rebuilding community values in impoverished West Oakland.
Monterey trip January 2008 signups - The tour will handle 80 people with valley clubs having first availability through August 15, thereafter it is first come, first served. See Pres Lori for the apps.
District 5160 On-Line Directory - It's in the Rotarians-only section of the District website www.rotary5160.org . At the district website, look for Rotarian login in the top right corner and follow the instructions to secure a password.

Map Painting Project- Christa Peterson will coordinate with school staff when the summer break ends - a series of Friday or Saturday morning projects for late August/early September.
Golden Gate Fields Outing - Tentatively scheduled for December 1, the club needs 35 signups to go as a group. Sign up sheet will circulate at meetings. Past Pres Jeff coordinating.
Summer Social - Tentatively scheduled for late August or early September. Señor Reginaldo Ybarra is making the arrangements with Luna Loca.
Board Meeting Update - This year the club will fund one Leadership San Ramon Tuition and six SRVHS Scholarships - 4 scholastic, 1 community service, and 1 arts. Club is still considering a women's athletics award to complement the Peter Villa Awards for football. Club is considering extending Camps Royal/Venture invitations to Venture School.
No fine cards this year - Recognitions and Happy Times to be tracked on a tally sheet in increments of $5.
Video Projector with speakers - See Pres Lori to schedule the equipment.
Soccer Jersey Drive - Bob Chace is exploring with teams in the Mustang Soccer League.
