Past President Jeff: Thank You for Leading the Way - On your watch, the club accomplished two best ever fundraisers matched by similar generosity awarding grants. We finished one District Grant and started another - Crisis Center and Backpacks. We led our first International Grant in recent history, partnering with Walnut Creek Sunrise and Rossmoor USA and Santa Catarina (Monterey) Mexico. Our exchange student Lisa Liguori is back home in Brazil. These activities are over and above our ongoingprograms such as Peter Villa Awards, Scholarship Day, Dictionaries, Speech Contest, Camps Royal/Venture, Interact and...whew!...more! There's a lot of energy in our club. Be proud of your year. We all are.

Rotarian of the Year – Pres Elect Bob Gibbs receives the 2006-2007 award for his broad support of many of the above activities in addition to leading our club's support of San Ramon Valley Rotary's One Warm Coat Drive. His leadership of the popular Wheel of Fortune (or not) also [so says PPres Jeff] gave PPres Jeff the opportunity to enjoy lunch. Congratulations, Bob!

Demotion Party– Past Pres Jeff was dispatched with the style and class for which our club is reknowned. Those of you who missed it, missed a great party.

YMCA Building Program - Last year's Board, with the concurrence of Pres Lori and Pres Elect Bob, committed to $50,000 to the YMCA construction over a five year period. The first $10,000 raised at last years Crab Feed was presented to the YMCA at the last meeting.
