July 23 - District Governor's Visit. DG Stan Smalley is a member of San Ramon Rotary. Assistant Governor Guy Greco is from Danville/Sycamore. DG Smalley meets with the Board at 10:30. Jim Cambier is Greeter
Last Week July 16 - Bob Gibbs hosted in Pres Lori's absence. Jim Yoder from Walnut Creek Sunrise brought the club up to date on the District's LN-4 Prosthetic Hand Project. Danville gave $1,000 to the effort last year.

Board Meeting Update - Dianne Rockett is now working in Milpitas and has transferred to Fremont Rotary. The District raised $85,000 for the LN-4 Project in DG Candy's year. This year the club will fund one Leadership San Ramon Tuition and six SRVHS Scholarships - 4 scholastic, 1 community service, and 1 arts. Club is still considering a women's athletics award to complement the Peter Villa Awards for football. Club has the supplies for painting world maps on school parking lots. Scheduling to follow. Club is considering extending Camps Royal/Venture invitations to Venture School due to low response at SRVHS.
No fine cards this year - Recognitions and Happy Times to be tracked on a tally sheet in increments of $5.
