District Awards - Pres Lori displays one of two awards received at last week's District Conference. One award was for computer equipment supplied to World Impact in Oakland. The other was for our annual Crab Feed effort.

Grandma Lynn - In the club tradition, members gifted $122 which Grandma will have to match for the baby.

Golf Tournament Activities - Don't forget to bring a bottle of wine or $20 for the wine bucket auction item. Talk to your favorite merchants about donating raffle prizes. Reggie will be delivering raffle tickets to you for sale before the event. And of course we need those foursomes!

Last Week - Kathy Chiverton brought us up to date on construction of the new YMCA. Did you know that Al Rubey brought the YMCA to the valley way back when? Pres Lori presented the second $10,000 check of the club's $50,000 commitment.

Board Activities - At the last meeting the Board approved $5,000 for Discovery Counseling Center, $3,800 to College is Real in Richmond to send two students to soccer camp, And $250 to sponsor a youth BBQ related to Discovery Counseling Center..

Saturday May 10 -  Valley Teen Idol Competition and fundraiser at Crow Canyon Country Club for San Ramon Valley Rotary. Contact Deborah at 855-5529 or 260-4565 for more information.

Monday May 12 -  Scholarship Program- Gary Capelletti. Greeter Chuck Bloch.

Friday May 16 Del Amigo Breakfast - The club will visit the school and prepare a breakfast of sausages and pancakes for about 160 children. Earlybirds needed there at 7:00 am.

Saturday May 17 Multi-Club Fundraiser - Hold'em Poker Tournament. $100 buy in. Non-players $20 admission. Pleasant Hill 4 to 10. See Mike Burton.

Monday May 19 - Nancy LaBelle, Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area. Greeter Bob Brown.

Monday May 26 - No meeting, Memorial Day

Monday June 2 - No meeting, Greater Danville Open
