July 21 - District Governor's Visit. DG Jim Campbell will meet with with the incoming Board at 11:00 at the Brass Door prior to the regular meeting.

July 22 - Board Meeting 5:00pm, Mike Burton's office.

Bulletin Editor Needs Your Help - Vic G is hitting the road from July 28 to August 18, more or less. Need a volunteer to take notes and produce a printed bulletin for four club meetings. See Vic G

2008 Speaker Chair Jim Crocker - Please give your speaker recommendations to Jim.

District Conference Oct 23-25 in Concord this year - That's less than four months away, and close enough to home that every Danville Rotarian can attend some part of it without an overnight stay. Reservation form can be found at the District website, and there will be a copy of the back of the July 14 printed bulletin. Fifteen percent discount for signing up by August 31.

Club Giving Goals: Gates Matching Grant for Polio - $1,000; Community Service $38,500

International Service $7,000 ; Rotary Foundation $11,600

Other Club Goals: Every member active on a committee ; Expand fundraising to increase giving ;

Add net 8 new members ; Have lots of fun!
